Feature request: startup resume, true fullscreen, and adjustable layout

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Not exactly a problem — I just started using IPTVnator (version 1.0.0-beta.6 on Windows 11, and I’d like to also use it on macOS). The app is really good, but there are a few small things that would make it even better.

Describe the solution you'd like`

Startup → Option to auto-open the last channel (or at least the last group) when restarting.

Fullscreen → True fullscreen mode (edge-to-edge video, not just maximized inside the app window).

Layout → Ability to adjust/move things around:

Resize the channel list so full names are visible

Hide/move the channel list in fullscreen

Stretch/move the video area

Describe alternatives you've considered

I haven’t found any existing options in the app so far. If there are already solutions for these features, I’d love to hear about them.

Thanks a lot for this project 🙏 Really appreciate your work! IPTVnator is already great, these are just small things that would make it perfect.
