If we want to change the layout, I'm open to it. Currently it is bulma.

Other ideas, one of these:

The requirements are

• nice front page

Maybe bulma is a good fit, as it provides many relevant components and does not look just like every bootstrap page. But we should see how we can make the page good looking.

I like the current layout, there are just some missing text margins / padding for some headings.

Sure, I can provide a pull request!
However I will to investigate first if this is a font issue and if there are normally margins in heading, maybe this is not the intended usage.
According to Stack Overflow they do indeed have a default margin, this seems to be overriden in main.css:

html, body, p, ol, ul, li, dl, dt, dd, blockquote, figure, fieldset, legend, textarea, pre, iframe, hr, h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 {
  margin: 0;
  padding: 0;
}

Partners use h4, however default margin looks a bit much, so I will try something in between 0 and the default.
