It is not possible to reproduce this benchmark anymore. Because almost every single link to dbpedia dumps are already broken: https://text2sparql.aksw.org/challenge/#dbpedia-large-knowledge-graph

If dbpedia dumps links cannot be relied on for long term data sharing then we should rehost them. Ideally dbpedia should be architectured in a way that they provide more consistent access to dumps, I am not sure why they don't do it (nowadays setting up a persistant URL proxy is trivial and considered basic practices by most actors in the field)

The Spanish links and the ontology seem to be working.

For the English links, you can still access the files by replacing /core/ with /core-i18n/en/.
