It is not possible to reproduce this benchmark anymore. Because almost every single link to dbpedia dumps are already broken: https://text2sparql.aksw.org/challenge/#dbpedia-large-knowledge-graph
If dbpedia dumps links cannot be relied on for long term data sharing then we should rehost them. Ideally dbpedia should be architectured in a way that they provide more consistent access to dumps, I am not sure why they don't do it (nowadays setting up a persistant URL proxy is trivial and considered basic practices by most actors in the field)
