Add easylist_specific_block.txt and adult_specific_block.txt from EasyList

• I checked to make sure that this issue has not already been filed;
• This is not an ad/bug report.

Problem description

They include useful entries for DNS too, e.g.

||loader.crosswordsolver.com^
||loader.worldhistory.org^

and most of rules in EL don't depend on cosmetic- or other advanced-filters. Assuming rules with type (ex. $script) will be ignored, they can be added to DNS filter.

Proposed solution

Add the two sublists
