Add ability to recheck a domains list #24
Description
When it can be useful
- rechecking the exported list after some time to be more sure it is correct
- checking a list obtained in another way (e.g. from PyFunceble)
Of course, it is possible to convert the list of domains into a list of rules and check it, but this is less convenient.
