Please provide a version without download support

Hi there! Thanks for making this library, I have been enjoying using it.

Could you release a version that doesn't including downloading code at all or its requirements to download? Currently pysdl3 pulls in a ton of dependencies for this when you don't use it at all. Or maybe mark it as optional?
