Add more examples to use with standard AWS modules

As user I would like to have examples how to create VPCE to the service I created for my cloud environment, or how to create VPCE to MSK.

Examples for:

• VPCE that connects to our VPCE service
• MSK connections
• security hardening (NAT), perm boundaries, ssm.
• ...
