Support for two bridges

I am running Tado with two bridges in my installation due to connections issues. Can the server handle two bridges?

I don't have such a setup so it is hard to test, but I designed the backend that it should be able to support this as I expected that eventually someone would need this.

It is probably possible to fake the setup for testing as somehow it works to connect to the internet bridge from multiple instances and still get all the events. (Not sure if this is a generally supported scenario for homekit appliences, but it certainly helped in developing the proxy while already using another version at home)

Easy other option is to just create two installs on two different portnumbers. Takes a bit of ram, but works today without patching anything.
