In-site Raffler and Checkin

Now that the events are on the website, we can move the raffler system into the site and offer on-site checkins. This is the outline:

• Add a "i'm here" button to the current event
• Lead user to a page with all RSVP's
• User can click on himself to be checked in
• Admin only page show all checkins and includes the raffler system
• Admins can "un-check" people [BONUS]
