List archives in a side bar

I would love to see something like [WebScrapBook](https://github.com/danny0838/webscrapbook) where you can list all archives in a side bar.

I don't know if a browser integrated side bar feature is available in browsers other than Firefox. While it would be preferable, an inline side bar should suffice.
