Modal "new failure" dialog when connection restored to TeamCity #84
Description
Whenever SoS loses connection to Team City, then reconnects, I get a "build newly broken" modal for a build that has been broken for some time. Also happens if I restart SoS.
This project has been in a broken state ever since I added it a few days ago. it's happened once before with a different project that was also permaborked (never had a successful build that SoS had seen).
