WordPress 6.9 Compatibility

WordPress 6.9 is set to release on December 2, 2025.

Let's use this issue to keep track of anything that may come up until then.

• Update our Tested up to to WP 6.9

And in the next plugin release, to give folks time to update:

• Bump minimum WP version to WordPress 6.8

Once WordPress 6.8 is the minimum required version in Jetpack, we can consider implementing the following changes:
