SDK 1.47 - missing win-x86 runtimes

It looks the package runtimes folder does not contain win-x86 binaries. Just win-x64.
Is it by mistake or win-32 target is not supported anymore?
As a result the Win 32bit app can not be built anymore.

Hi, the 1.47.0 release notes are yet to be published as Azure docs updates were on hold due to the Microsoft Ignite event, but Windows 32-bit support has indeed been dropped due to the end of mainstream support for Windows 10 and thus 32-bit x86 and ARM.
