After consenting admin access entra id redirects to an error page, that should be ignored.
Some customers were confused by being redirected to an error page. I believe this error page didn't exist before, so I didn't mention it when I first wrote this, but now customers think this is not working because of that error. According to my tests the error can be ignored, even after giving that error the app is successfully created.
