Use Go DBus client instead of libsecret

Pros:

• removes cgo from Linux builds
• don't need libsecret at runtime
• simplifies our code

Cons:

• probably not cheap: need to figure out DBus Secret Service API
• doesn't remove Secret Service limitations e.g. encryption still won't be available in typical SSH sessions
