current Session Id sharing among different sessions

Hi, I'm experiencing an issue where the session ID is being incorrectly shared across different sessions. When user Mark opens a session and then James opens a new session, Mark's browser refreshes and is assigned James' session ID. Is anyone else encountering this problem? If so, are there any solutions? Thank you.
