Please explain what does this mean?

Cannot read result for 'IntronI'; maybe there were problems with the commands?

I have the same problem. Does anybody have any idea what might cause this? I am not using any flags, my command was just
mfannot sequence.fasta
The sequence was a predicted mitochondrial scaffold pulled out of a WGS assembly. Can it be something wrong with the sequence itself (it is not mitochondrial after all or it is a chimera etc.?)
