Building enrichmentmap error message : could not parse line 2 of the enrichment file!

hello ! friends !
I got this error message...
and here is my input data grofiler results in .txt
I don't know what is the problem maybe is it because colon and "" ?? are those can be problem in the input file?
help me out ! please !

is that ahd g:profiler GEM file format? There looks to be extra columns that EM is not expecting.

It is the wrong file format. You need to make sure that you are getting the GEM file.

If you are creating the file yourself then you need to make sure that it is in the generic Enrichment map file format - https://enrichmentmap.readthedocs.io/en/docs-2.2/FileFormats.html#generic-results-files
