Keyboard layout other than QWERTY

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The problem is that the default 'super+q' shortcut for quitting is based on a QWERTY keyboard, but on an AZERTY keyboard it has become 'super+a', even though it says 'super+q' in the configuration file.

The possibility to change the keyboard layout in the config file.

@Torvosaure Looking through the Xlib documentation, I have found a GetKeyboardMapping function which might let me assign key names (like "q") to a key code, then I can use that when setting that keybind. Meaning there isn't even a need to say your keyboard layout in the config. Currently, I am not able to do any work on doWM since I am away, however I will be back on Sunday and I should be able to fix this.
