Migration: Resource type priority - definition

Initially proposed rules:

1. One selected resource type takes precedence (merged into one record version).
2. If ISBN is present on the record, BOOK is the selected resource type
3. If resource type book chapter is present, it will take over other resource types
4. conference paper > thesis > article > book> book chapter > preprint > note is the proposed priority of resource types priority (the most important takes over)

As a result of a discussion we discarded rule 3 and 4.

We also concluded that final rules should be decided in this issue.

1. a version per resource type (i.e. v1 is a preprint -> is becoming article, do a v2)
2. the resource type takes precedence (i.e. a thesis with an ISBN stays a thesis)

Rules 3 and 4 to be confirmed for each use case when going collection by collection.
