Add Shimmers #3
Description
While loading a news of any particular category, add a layout similar to the Heading news and the list of articles beneath it which would show on loading and disappear once the articles is loaded.
Hint: use "com.facebook.shimmer:shimmer:0.5.0" (or any recent version) library for this issue.
