Make a new "Quick Start" or "Intro" notebook

This should be the top parts (data access, etc.) of the 2 existing science notebooks. No new information should be necessary. This can be done after #14 merges.

This is necessary to the original plan, so required before the OU workshop at Jun 2026 AAS. I am removing the label "enhancement" as that makes it seem like an optional thing.
