Describe the problem

Either this was intentional\by design or just a lapse
Documentation doesn't make it clear either.

Proposed solution

Personally I would agree that expected interpretation should be ..."projects scanned in last x days", but that's just my opinion.

Additional details

This can be very confusing for users and clear instructions added, one way or another. Active since is very relative cause I can consider the last scan to be activity.
