'The Flash – 3 balls' animation shows the wrong kind of flash #3

Description

In juggling terminology, a 'flash' can refer to one of two things:

  1. Throwing each object in the pattern once, and catching them all -- one cycle through the pattern.
  2. Throwing each object in the pattern to the height of N+2, leaving the hands empty for two beats, e.g. the three ball site-swap 55500.

The animation in "Lesson 3:The Flash - 3 balls" shows the latter kind of flash, which is a much more advanced technique than the former. Showing an animation of 3 throws of site swap 3 with 3 catches matches the text of lesson 3.
