subnets list order in Meraki site_to_site_vpn setting

Hi guys, just want to check in which orders the elements are in subnets attribute in site_to_site_vpn setting and order by what?
I keep getting this "drift" when I do terraform plan as shown below (basically same subnets, just being shuffled around). It seems that the Meraki platform returns the subnets in descending order where as my list comprehension of subnets (as shown after the drift image) is ascending order. I guess I can use some kind of sort() function on terraform to match with what Meraki returns during plan stage but I'm not sure Meraki list is ordered by what.

there is no sorting happening here as per my local testing. i hope your variable shop_subnets is not rotating ?

Can you debug a bit more on the behaviour with Terraform debug on ?
