Breaks Dolibarr CRM (`ref` stripping rule)

Dolibarr CRM/billing/member management system makes use of ref=
(https://wiki.dolibarr.org/index.php/Online_Payment_Module_Architecture)

Anything under /dolibarr/ must at least be exempted from the (?:%3F)?ref_? rule.
It can lead to awfully hard to debug payment/connection errors. Such a broad rule for such a common parameter is a filtering anti-pattern
(and nightmare).
