Card for Timer entities

A new card type for timer entities would be amazing. Styled like the read-only slider card, displaying the timer progress. Allow both a ‘counting up’ (time elapsed) or ‘counting down’ (time left) options. With a set of default (but configurable) sub-buttons to start, pause, and cancel the timer. Similar to the ‘timer-bar-card’ from HACS, but with all the Bubble card goodness.
