Pop-up only on desktop

Hi,
I hope this is the right spot for this question - I am still quite new to github.
There is a vertical stack on my dashboard that is more important on mobile than on desktop. That's why I want to use the stack as a pop-up on my desktop but show it continuously on mobile. Is that possible with one vertical stack only? Otherwise I need to copy every change to both stacks. I tried the visibility settings in the pop-up-card-yaml-code but that did not work.
