Upload drag-drop action makes frame glitch-out

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. go to upload
2. upload a pdf
3. drag it anywhere
4. voila

Expected behavior
single file should not be draggable at all

because user can upload only one pdf at a time, its better to remove page number and drag option in pdfs
