Scaling at the activity level instead of pathway level after applying matrix of relative impact values

Modify the methodology to support scaling activities instead of pathways after application of the matrix of relative impact values.

Proposed improvement:

• After applying the matrix of relative impact values, pathways should remain unscaled.
• Activities generated from the weighted pathways must instead be scaled individually.
• Scaling of activities should normalize their values to the 0–1 range.
