Investability Matrix for Activities

Create a popup dialog allowing users to define a matrix of activities and investability variables.

• Implement a -3 to 3 impact ranking system for activities and different investability variables.
• Pop-up table in step 3 allowing users to specify impact coefficients for all acitivity-investability layer combinations.
• Scale the investability layers to 0-1.
• Determine highest position from the activities after applying the matrix in the calculation.
