Error determining reference layer from Naturebase Pathways #742
Description
It is not possible to use Naturebase Pathways as reference layer when creating NPV PWLs since they are online datasets.
Proposed solution
- If a reference layer is provided via the snapping option, implement a new way of creating the NPV PWLs from it.
- If a reference layer is not provided via the snapping option, download the Naturebase pathway used for reference.
