Create tutorial section

As discussed in the #155 although we have documented the projects individually, we are missing the big picture.
To provide the overall CosmWasm documentation the tutorial section should be created.

Since we already have the CosmWasm book and Sylvia book we can update them to current versions and migrate to the docs.
We should also expand the examples from the book with the instruction of uploading and communicating with the contract on the chain.

To keep the examples up to date it would be great to keep the contracts in separate files and only refer to parts of the code although I'm not sure if it's possible in vercel.
