AutoRestoreVoice — auto-reconnect + auto-restore local mute/deafen

Short description:
A personal plugin that detects when I am muted, deafened, or disconnected in voice channels and automatically attempts to restore my local audio state and/or reconnect me to the channel.

Expected behavior:

If I get disconnected, the plugin will try to reconnect to the same voice channel (configurable attempt count).

If I am locally muted/deafened, the plugin will remove local mute/undeafen according to my saved preferences.

If I am server-muted/server-deafened, the plugin will show a clear notification indicating it cannot revert server-applied actions.

Optional: local event logging for troubleshooting.
