Remove freeze tunnel from plots to police

how it looks right now

This open wall makes me nervous for two reasons. It does not look clean. The old closed wall looked better and I never got used to the open one. And also it makes the wall laser on the right side annoyingly hard to escape or enter the lower freeze pit.
