Cardinal has no menu bar presence on macOS

Description

Cardinal should probably have some sort of menu bar, even if it's just the Cardinal app name menu item, on macOS.

As things stand, activating the Cardinal window on macOS leaves the last focused app's menubar visible, which is a little confusing.

This behaviour is imported from VCV Rack, which also behaves the same way.

Cardinal's focus is to be a plugin, loaded in a host which has its own menu items, so the lack of menubar support is not deemed important at all for us.
