Specify Python version #8
Description
The python version should be specified either in documentation or in code (Pipfile). i trouble installing dependancies and just realized that my python version is the latest (3.12) and might not be compatible, and indeed it wasn't, i'm not sure what python version is intended to be used but i'll try later with some docker containers.
