Description
Visually, the site is dated, and rather hard to use from an information architecture standpoint. Browsing should be improved with an optional table view, and the cards should be updated to display relevant information more appropriately. Individual RDAT pages are also difficult to parse, with useful data hidden on sidebars and non-intutitive data representations.
