Normalize span data further in snapshots

Normalizing the timing measurements (relative to other spans in the trace) might make the span data more readable as well as less noisy when having to update the span data.

The start, duration and runtime IDs/ system.pid tags could be normalized to make them less noisy in the snapshot.
