Portworx Check does not function as expected #2644
Description
As seen by this commenter on #2238 (comment) the portworx check (https://github.com/DataDog/integrations-extras/tree/master/portworx) fails to start when deployed by confd helm chart config using an image that has had the portworx check added to it. It appears that the check uses an older constructor and needs to be updated.
