XLayer cannot use this API：
because：

now X Layer RPC is available for "getLogs function"

when fixed this function, so X Layer’s project can use "uniV3Export" to calculate TVL

Hi, I just wanted to +1 this issue and add my support.
Could a maintainer please look into this? If the RPC is confirmed to be stable enough for log queries, removing this line would unblock PR #16812 and allow for the proper integration of V3 protocols on X Layer.
