I like this idea. I've downloaded a few very new videos recently in potato quality (640x368 😱) so it would be useful to have some type of quality profile check, or perhaps for new videos, a "minimum video age" config before downloading to allow YT the time to process them at higher quality levels before we attempt to download them. |

Maybe make it so it check the resolution using ffprobe, and if it matches the objective, keep the video as-is. If not, then check with ytbdl what's the best available resolution, if it's an improvement, redownload. It would be a great feature. |

Sometimes YT takes a while to process non-potato versions of videos, and it'd be cool if previously-downloaded videos would be checked for higher-quality versions during scans, and/or allow a setting to delay download if it's below a threshold quality.
