Automatic removal with video age not working

Automatic removal based on video age does not appear to be functioning correctly.

My oldest videos were downloaded in late December. With the removal age set to 30 days, I would expect several of these to be deleted by now. However, none are being removed. The "Preview Automatic Renewal" function reflects the same issue.

Given these last_downloaded_at timestamps, multiple entries should qualify for deletion when the age is set to 7 days.
