Dockerise for deployment

We should package this up as a docker image for easier deployment on beamline clusters.

I have added a Dockerfile with ac4a502 that builds the container and gives us basic containerisation to work with. However, I have yet to get it to run.

Further investigation into getting CUDA containers to utilise the GPU is necessary.
