Subject ID overflow in datahub table #1318
Description
What Happened?
The subject id overflows into the next cell when the subject id display length is set to a high value.
What Did You Expect?
Adjust the table to fit the content within its cell by either expanding the subject id column lengthwise or with wise.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a subject with a hashed ID (non custom identifier)
- Set the subject display length to a high number as group manager
- navigate to datahub
