Sentinel 1 GRD: Apply Orbit File and Thermal Noise Removal

I am working with Sentinel-1 GRD data and want to test the usual preprocessing workflow same as in SNAP which start by applying the orbit file correction and thermal noise removal. 
Could you please provide a snippet code on how to do this ?
