Basic data access notebook for each STAC Collection #196
Description
We could have a notebook for each STAC Collection showing just how to access the data, without any specific tasks.
Each notebook could include: plain xarray DataTree, xarray-eopf, xcube-eopf (if available for that collection)
The notebooks will be linked in the STAC Collection metadata
