Need some way to be able to verify files reside in the GDEX

A couple of suggestions are:

• Have the comments at the top of rimport indicate the GDEX directory location
• Have a -checkfile and a -checklist option to rimport which checks to see if a file or list of files have been ported to GDEX

It doesn't matter to me how this is accomplished. I just need a way to be able to find the GDEX directory or verify the files have ported.

I will plan to work on this, but I need to add tests of rimport first, then modernize it.

My thinking is to just add a -check option, rather than two new -checkfile and -checklist options.
