RVT: Visualization calculations failed

I keep getting this error in QGIS 3.30 every single time I try to make a Hillshade from multiple directions on a .tif DEM file. Never ever before I had this issue. Opening the log doesn't help, as the error message is the same.

The rest of the functions (Hillshade, SVF...) work perfectly fine on the same file.
