Extension `ms-vscode.vscode-typescript-next` has not been auto-published since August 2023

Not sure why, but this extension is not updated since 2023, even though it is listed in the extensions.json file and they make almost daily release. This also means that the TS version used by VSCode is 5.3.0, while we are now at 5.8.3.

@filiptronicek I think this one is similar to #897. In both cases the last version was published by Open VSX, but the ID is no longer listed on the namespace.
